Based on a Revisit to a Recertification Survey completed on June 3, 2021, it was determined that Urology Health Surgery Center At Masons Mill was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 416.44(b).
This is a one story, Type III (200), unprotected ordinary construction, with an attic, which is fully sprinklered.
