Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 20, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to remodel five labor and delivery rooms and an OR in the Labor and Delivery Suite. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-24-0887, H-24-1026, H-24-0163, and H-24-0514.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is partially sprinklered.
