Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 20, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to renovate two areas on the ground floor. Renovations include relocation of the imaging staff lounge and locker room to provide a specialty outpatient clinic. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1042.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is partially sprinklered.
