Based on a revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on February 7, 3023, it was determined that Southwestern Ambulatory Surgery Center was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 416.44(b).
This is a two-story, Type III (111), protected ordinary building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered (surgery center fully sprinklered).
