Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.

This Phase I (of III) Occupancy Survey was conducted for first floor, Outpatient Infusion expansion. Refer to Drawing Index H-23-1017.

This is a three story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
