Main Hospital Building
Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on December 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy. These occupancies were conducted for the following:
1. This Final Inspection was for alterations to renovate the existing seclusion room area to create an ante room, two seclusion rooms, patient toilet room dedicated to the seclusion rooms, provision of a door in the partition between the nurse station and ante room for staff use and installation of one delayed egress locking system. 4th floor.

2. This Final Inspection was for alterations to sprinkler the Fourth Floor Lobby and adjoining areas for compliance with Life Safety Code and NFPA 13.
Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0459.
This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
