Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 2, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy survey was conducted for Hybrid Operating Room Fourteen renovations and equipment upgrades. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-0060,
This is a ten-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
