Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on May 28, 2024 found that America's Home Health Services LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 5, 2024.
