Based on Two Occupancy Surveys completed on February 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.

1. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace the existing medical service booms in each of the 16 MICU patient rooms in-kind with new. The new booms provide adequate medical gas connections, electrical outlets, and nurse call provisions to meet current Guideline requirements.

Areas Inspected: on the second floor, Cupp MICU room 218.

2. This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace two existing subsurface fuel tanks, one serving the existing Boiler House emergency generator and the other one serving the existing facility boilers, along with associated existing piping and pumps.

Areas Inspected: Boiler House.

Refer to Drawing Numbers: H-23-0365, H-23-0893 and H-23-1253.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, which is partially sprinklered.
