Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on June 6, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for the replacement of an emergency generator, located at ground level near the hospital boiler plant, and involves removing the existing generator and replacing it with a larger unit, in the same location. Electrical switch gear and ATS systems, in the hospital, will be upgraded for additional capacity.

This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, without a basement, which is partially sprinklered.
