Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 18, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for installation of an externally-located, replacement generator. Refer to Drawing Number H-22-0990.
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is partially sprinklered.
