Addition to Building C
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed February 27, 2017, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Phase II of construction of a one story, stand-alone addition to the existing C Building. This phase consisted of installation of an attic-wide, noncombustible vapor barrier to remediate combustible paper backing on all insulating materials. In addition, the phase also entailed revisions to remove the rated ceiling assembly from the mechanical spaces. Refer to Drawing Numbers H-16-0550, H-16-0903, H-16-1218, H-16-1684 and H-17-0054.
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible building, with attic spaces, that is fully sprinklered.
