Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on September 12, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace the nurse call system, Ground Floor through Seventh Floor, at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0854.
This is a ten ten-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, with a basement, a sub-basement, and penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
