Main Hospital - Donner, Dulles, Founders, Gates, Ravdin Court, Ravdin/White, and Silverstein Buildings
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on March 5, 2024, and completed on March 8, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to renovate an existing suite of four operating rooms 29, 30, 31, 32 and their required support spaces.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0754, H-23-0013 and H-24-0024.
Areas inspected: on the fourth floor, Dulles, Endoscopy Suite.
This is a fourteen-story, Type II, fire resistive building, with basements and penthouses, that is fully sprinklered.
