Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 20, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Survey was conducted for alterations to the 2nd floor to provide finish upgrade, renovate the support core and create an observation unit; to include Patient Room 212 thru 219 and support staff work area.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
