Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on July 18, 2024 found that Carebuilders at Home had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on May 24, 2024.
