Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 21, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations in the first floor MRI suite to replace the scanner. Minor renovation work is required to move scanners in and out of the building. A temporary MRI trailer will be provided at the hospital's trailer connection during this project. Please refer to drawing number H-24-0895 (original).
This is a two-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with two penthouses, that is fully sprinklered.
