Main Building
Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on February 20, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
These Final Occupancy Surveys were conducted for the following:
1. Alterations to replace the main TV cable line in the first floor ceiling of the facility. The main box was in room 101-C32C. Refer to drawing index number H-22-0485.
2. Alterations to provide a replacement chiller and related equipment. Refer to drawing index number H-23-0204.
This is a two-story, Type II (222) fire resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
