Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 5, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations on the sixth floor to enlarge the existing EEG monitoring room to increase the number of work stations. This Final Inspection included room 06810. Refer to Drawing Index Numbers H-22-0375 and H-23-1108.
This is a twelve-story, Type II (222), fire restrictive structure, with a basement and sub-basement, which is fully sprinklered.
