Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on September 4, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations convert an existing Staff area to a new Sterile Processing Room and a Clean Supply Room, 2nd floor, South Building.

This is a three-story, Type III (211), protected ordinary structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
