Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on June 5, 2024, and completed on June 10, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ICF/IID health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to create one additional bedroom (#5) and an Exercise Room.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0779.
This is a one-story, Type V(000), unprotected wood frame construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
State Plans approved as Impractical.
