Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 4, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace sterile processing equipment in the basement in phases so as not to interrupt services. Replace 3 washer/ disinfectors and install one drying cabinet.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
