Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 15, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing intermediate care facility health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install a generator for the house. No life safety or life support equipment will be supported by this generator. Refer to drawing number H-23-1246 (original).
This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, that is fully sprinklered.
