Based on an Occupancy survey conducted on April 6, 2021, and completed on April 23, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital Health Care Occupancy.

This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert two existing ultrasound rooms to three rooms and renovate adjoining areas including new finishes in the suite corridor, Ground Floor, Levy-Paley building.

Areas inspected: Ultrasound 25, 26 and 27, Staff Lockers 23A, Nurses station 24A, Bathroom 24B, Supply 46, Alcove G120, Closet G120A, Toilet G121, Clean Supply G122, Existing Echo G346 and Corridor 24.

This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with penthouses and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
