Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on August 2, 2023, and completed on August 25, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a new endoscopy center in a recently closed ASF. This Final Phase was for the installation of the permanent generator.
Refer to drawing numbers H-22-0922, H-22-1126, and H-23-0154.
This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, that is fully sprinklered.
