St. Luke's University Hospital/Carbon Campus
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 14, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for partial fit out of the third floor shelled space to create 12 Med/Surg beds. Refer to drawing index H-22-0234 and H-22-1271.
This is a three story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
