Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 1, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert existing med-surg patient beds to intermediate care patient beds, on 4SW and T2 patient units; limited to rooms 4202, 4203, 4204, 4205, 4206, 4207, 4208, 4209, 4210, T203, T204, T205, T206, T207, T208, T209, T210, T211, T212, T213, T214, T215, T216 and T217.

This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement and a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
