Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on December 7, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to improve staff work areas within the administration area, as well as provide TMS Services within ECT area, via the renovation of approximately 2,850 square feet; to include Therapists/Case Manager 1015, Storage 1017, Medical Records 1018, Conference 1019, Office 1044, Financial Counselor Consult 1045, Financial Counselor 1046, Security/Safe Room 1053, Workroom 1055, Prep/Stage 2 Recovery 1071 and Nurses' Station 1077.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
