Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on February 8, 2023, and completed on February 27, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace the exhaust hood in the existing Kitchen for Constitution Health Plaza housing Malvern Behavioral Health, 1st floor.
Refer to Drawing Number H-22-0979.
This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement, sub-basement, ground, first through fifth floors, which is fully sprinklered.
