Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 27, 2019, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Psychiatric Hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 2 and Final occupancy survey was conducted to add an office to the existing Storage Room. This inspection completes the project for the new one-story Psychiatric Hospital.

This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
