Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on May 15, 2023, at St. Luke's Anderson Ambulatory Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three story, Type II (111), protected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
Note: the ambulatory surgical center occupies the entire third floor of the structure.
