Based on a Revisit to a Relicensure Survey completed on March 27, 2023, it was determined that Conemaugh Neurology Pain and Outpatient Surgery Center, was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new class "C" Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three (3) story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible building, with a penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
