Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on August 24, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This onsite phase 2 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to provide a new four-story Type II (222) addition to the existing Hospital. The East tower addition is the new 02 component of the existing license. Phase 2 included the renovation of an equipment alcove to create a soiled utility room, #2138 on the 2nd floor.

This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
