Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 6, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace and upgrade the patient monitoring devices in the prep/recovery area. This final inspection included all fiber optic cabling for this project. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1154.
This is a three story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
