Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on July 11, 2023, at Surgery Center At Penn Medicine University City, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a thirteen-story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, with a basement and a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
