Main Building-ASC on 2nd floor
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 7, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the existing nurse call system throughout the surgery center. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-24-0552.
This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
