Based on a Revisit to an unannounced Medicare Sample Validation Survey completed on November 6 -7, 2019, it was determined Haven Behavioral Hospital Of Philadelphia was in substantial compliance with the following requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Psychiatric Hospital Health Care Occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).
This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, which is fully sprinklered.
