Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 17, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final offsite occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to replace in kind the fuel oil piping manifold and fuel oil piping serving the central utility plant at UPMC Williamsport.

This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
