Main Hospital Building
Based on two Occupancy Surveys completed on March 14, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
These occupancy surveys were conducted for the following:
1. Alterations to replace eight OR booms with new booms on OR's 7,8,9, and 10. This Phase One inspection included OR 7-E407, sterile storage E4AK, and OR 8-E408. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-0241.
2. Alterations on the second floor for change of use to convert an existing staff lounge to an office. This Final Inspection included room 2307H. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-1234.
This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
