Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 8, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to relocate Administrative Offices from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor, and the Pharmacy from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor and updated to USP 797 and 800 requirements; to include Corridor 1189, President Office 1189A, Office 1189B, Closet 1189C, Coffee Station 1189D, Storage 1189E, Office 1189F, Storage 1189G, Admin. Assistant 1189H and Meeting Room 1189J.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is partially sprinklered.
