Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on August 29, 2024, at Philadelphia Surgery Center, Inc., it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type III (200), unprotected ordinary structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
Approved as a Class B & C Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
