Based on a revisit to a Recertification Survey completed on November 20, 2024, it was determined that Wayne Memorial Hospital was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).
This is a four story, Type II (222), fire resistive, fully sprinklered structure with a basement and miscellaneous rooftop mechanical spaces.
