Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted September 27, 2023, and completed on October 17, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital Health Care Occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to provide a helipad.
Area inspected: New helipad.
Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-0173.
This is a five story, Type II (222) fire resistive construction, with a penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
