Based on a revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on February 2, 2023, it was determined that Neurospine Center Llc was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 416.44(b).
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered. The Center is located on the 2nd floor.
