Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on November 21, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install new data closets in locations, as identified in the narrative and plans; to include Landis Building 1st and 4th floors, Memorial Building 1st, 3rd and 5th floors.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
