Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on November 29, 2023, it was determined that Hypertension-Nephrology Associates Vascular Center was in compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building, with a partial basement and parking level beneath the structure, that is fully sprinklered.
Approved as a Class B Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
