Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 1, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to convert the former Transitional Care Unit, on the 2nd floor, to inpatient rehabilitation hospital beds.

This is a two-story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible structure, which is fully sprinklered.
