Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on March 22, 2023, at East Side Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible building, without a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
