Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of a state license complaint investigation conducted on June 13, 2024, at Angels On Call, it was determined that there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart B Requirements for Long Term Care Facilities, and the 28 PA Code, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Long Term Care Licensure Regulations.
