Based on a Revisit to a Recertification Survey completed on January 25, 2024, it was determined that Grove City Hospital was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute care health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).

This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.

Based on an unannounced Medicare Recertification Survey completed on January 25, 2024, at Grove City Hospital (Outpatient Services), it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute care health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 482.41(b).

This is a three-story, Type II (222), protected, non-combustible building, that is partially sprinklered.
