Based on a Revisit to a Relicensure Survey completed on September 5, 2023, it was determined that Nazareth Health Endoscopy Center was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, which is non-sprinklered, with the exception of one sprinkler head inside the soiled holding room.
Approved as a Class B Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
